First Time Visit Information:

We know visiting Faith Chapel for the first time can be overwhelming, especially if you have children to drop off in our care. Below is some information to help you know what to expect.

How and where do I check my children in?

If it's your first time checking in children, head to the Atrium and find the First Time Check-In station in front of the coffee shop. There will be people there to help you. If you have checked-in before, but it's been a while you should still be in our system, so find any check-in computer station around the building and enter your name or phone number to get started.

When can I check-in my children?

Check-in starts 30 minutes before service starts (services are Saturday at 5:00pm or Sunday at 9:00am and 11:00am). Check-in closes 15 minutes after service starts. If you arrive late and don't think your children will sit quietly for the hour long service, we have a family area in balcony or numerous sitting areas around the Atrium where you can sit with your children and watch service.

What do I do with all the labels that are printed at check-in?

  1. Stick the name tag on your child.
  2. Hand the classroom tag to the person at your child's classroom.
  3. Hand in the Parent Pick-up label when you pick up your child after service.
